    館内メンテナンスのため、下記日程は休館とさせていただくことになりました。工事スケジュールにより、日程が前後する可能性もございますが、その場合は速やかにお知らせいたします。

    • 2025年12月1日〜12月19日、12月31日〜2026年1月1日

    ※11/30、12/30にご宿泊の場合、チェックアウト終了後に休館となります。

    休館日はお電話が繋がらなくなってしまいますので、お問い合わせ等は info@mzn.co.jp 宛にメールをご送付くださいませ。お客様には大変なご迷惑とご不便をおかけし誠に申し訳ございませんが、何卒ご理解を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

    Temporary Closure

    Thank you for your loyal patronage to Mizno Hotel.
    Due to the maintenance, the hotel will be closed on the following dates. The schedule may change depending on the construction schedule, in which case we will notify you as soon as possible.

    Closed:
    • 1st – 19th December 2025 and 31st December – 1st January 2026

    If you stay on 30th November or 30th December, the hotel will be closed after check-out.

    Great staff, great guest experience. Clean facilities and sizeable hotel room

    Staff was very friendly and helpful - they took all our luggage from our car up to our room. They already had a room prepared for us upon arrival so they were able to pull our name from their sheet and get us set up right away at the front desk. The facilities were very modern and nice, and super clean. We really enjoyed the lobby, the onsen and our room. The room was fairly spacious as well.

    This is the place to stay when in Lake Kawaguchi

    The interior of this boutique hotel is fabulous. The room was lovely. I had a balcony to enjoy the stunning view. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

    Everything was amazing! The view of Mt Fuji from the room was incredible, the e-bikes were great for cycling round the lake, the onsen was so lovely, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely trip. Would highly recommend!

    Wonderful stay ever

    This hotel offers exceptional service! They provided shuttle service from the station to the hotel, making our arrival stress free. The complimentary e-bike rental was a great bonus for exploring the area. From my room, I enjoyed a stunning view that made the stay even more memorable. I highly recommend booking the private onsen, it was an incredibly relaxing and unforgettable experience. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at!
