Staff was very friendly and helpful - they took all our luggage from our car up to our room. They already had a room prepared for us upon arrival so they were able to pull our name from their sheet and get us set up right away at the front desk. The facilities were very modern and nice, and super clean. We really enjoyed the lobby, the onsen and our room. The room was fairly spacious as well.

The interior of this boutique hotel is fabulous. The room was lovely. I had a balcony to enjoy the stunning view. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Everything was amazing! The view of Mt Fuji from the room was incredible, the e-bikes were great for cycling round the lake, the onsen was so lovely, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely trip. Would highly recommend!

This hotel offers exceptional service! They provided shuttle service from the station to the hotel, making our arrival stress free. The complimentary e-bike rental was a great bonus for exploring the area. From my room, I enjoyed a stunning view that made the stay even more memorable. I highly recommend booking the private onsen, it was an incredibly relaxing and unforgettable experience. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at!
